Delivery and complaints
1. DELIVERY:
The goods ordered by YOU are delivered as follows:
1. The delivery of each ordered product is at the customer's expense.
2. All products with a RED "FREE SHIPPING" banner are delivered FREE of charge to an EKONT office
We reserve the right not to make deliveries and to refuse orders to customers that we have information that they have been incorrect in the past period of time.
Orders placed through the SITE www.sattvshop.com are processed during business hours and shipped as follows:
- orders are processed within three working days and arrive at the customer on the next working day including Saturday after they are sent.
- in case of lack of quantities or availability, the customer is notified by email or on the phone left by him about the possible delay of the delivery.
- orders for settlements where there is no EKONT courier company office are delivered according to the same schedule, usually twice a week and are served by the nearest EKONT courier company office.

2. DELIVERY TIMES:
After you have confirmed the request, the courier makes the delivery on the spot to YOU. If you are not found at the address and/or there is no other person to accept the package for YOU, the courier leaves a sticker for YOU notifying you that he has arrived and coordinates to contact him. The shipment is returned to the courier's office until requested by YOU. It is desirable that you have a mobile phone registered with YOUR order made through the SITE, on which the courier can contact YOU if there is a need to specify the address or delivery time. All shipments travel at night and are at the office of the courier company EKONT on the next working day after being sent by MSA EOOD. Delivery is carried out within the working hours of the courier company, except in cases where a fixed delivery time is specified.
If we cannot find the customer by phone or on site, the corresponding request is automatically cancelled.
3. COMPLAINTS.
Complaints for goods under warranty are accepted PERSONALLY at the MSA EOOD office,
every working day from 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. / 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

From 01.03.2014, claims are accepted for goods under warranty or out of warranty, sent by you via a courier company.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE AT YOUR ACCOUNT.
IF THE COMPLAINT IS JUSTIFIED, THE SHIPPING AMOUNT IS REFUNDED BY US.
IN THE CASE OF AN UNBASED COMPLAINT, THE AMOUNT FOR TRANSPORTATION REMAINS ON YOUR ACCOUNT.
If the product advertised by you is under warranty, it must be complete, in original packaging, cleaned and in good condition.
warranty stickers, accompanied by an original and signed warranty card, an original receipt or invoice and an original SERVICE ORDER completed and signed by you.
CLAIM SHIPMENTS MUST BE SENT WITH AN OPTION TO CHECK ITS CONTENTS BEFORE RECEIVING THEM FROM THE COURIER! ALL INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS OR SHIPMENTS WITH INCORRECT OR MISSING DOCUMENTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY RETURNED AT THE SENDER'S ACCOUNT.
